Entirely up to Pakistan: MEA on Pakistan cooperating with India’s initiatives at SCO 

The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said on Monday whether Pakistan will join India’s initiatives at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) meeting is up to them and backed this with SCO charter’s provision.
